During rainy days, we recommend that you keep your cable and power supply dry.

What will the size of my LED neon be?
All of our predesigned neon signs have set sizes listed in their product descriptions.
We highly recommend you measure the wall space that you are planning to hang your neon sign before placing your order.
For a customised design, the sizes will be confirmed by our team during the design process. We will try our best to accomodate to all of your requests.

How do I use the remote?
All of our LED neon signs come with a remote control and a dimmer that allow you to change the brightness and effects of your neon sign.
Please make sure that the included receiver component is connected properly to your neon.
Remote functions:
- ON/OFF: Located on the top. Turns your neon on or off.
- CIRCLE RING: Located in the centre. Adjusts the neon's dimness and brightness.
- EFFECT: Located in the centre. Changes mode between normal/fade/flashing modes.
- SPEED-/SPEED+: Located on the bottom. Increase and decrease the speed of your effect.

Does my LED neon sign need to be plugged in or is it battery operated?
Your neon sign comes with a power plug (fully certified to meet Safety Standards) that needs to be plugged into an electrical power outlet to turn on. Our neon signs are not battery-operated.

How long will my LED neon sign last for?
Our neon signs are carefully crafted to last up to 50,000 hours. This translates into 5 hours per day at max brightness for up to 30 years.

We use durable acrylic backing and flexible neon tubing for our neon signs, giving them unrivaled durability compared to traditional glass neon signs.
Our signs also operate at low voltage output of 12V, posing no risk of overheating even with extended hours of use.

What type of backings does my LED neon sign have?
Cut-to-Shape:
The acrylic board is cut around the shape of the LED, such as the example below:
Full Board:
The acrylic board is cut in a full rectangle or square shape, just like this one:
Cut-to-Letter:
The acrylic board is cut close around each stroke. Here is a perfect example:
Minimal:
The acrylic board is cut as close as possible around the letters. Here is an example of a neon design with minimal acrylic:
Closed-Box:
The LED neon tubes are placed in an acrylic rectangular or square box:
Open-Box:

LED Neon vs Traditional Glass Neon
Here are some of the things that give Unrivaled LED neon signs an edge over traditional glass neon signs:
Durability:
Our LED neon signs are more durable thanks to the combination of LED flex tubes and tough acrylic backing. Traditional glass neon signs are more fragile and can easily shatter if dropped.
Energy Consumption:
With lower power usage compared to the traditional glass neon signs, our Unrivaled LED neon signs are much more efficient to operate.
Safety:
A glass neon sign can get very warm when in use, as well as using mercury, neon gas, or other potentially harmful chemicals in it. Our LED neon signs use none of the harmful chemicals while generating very little heat, thus eliminating overheating hazard.
Lifespan:
Glass neon signs last up to 10,000+ hours of operation. While this may sound impressive, our LED neon signs are unrivaled in terms of lifespan with up to 50,000+ hours of operation.
Noise:
Our LED neon signs are completely silent. In comparison, glass neon signs can make a "buzzing" sound.
Weight:
LED is much lighter and less fragile than glass. This means you can safely and easily move your LED neon sign around the house if you want a change of ambiance.
Installation:
Our LED neon sign comes with mounting holes and a screw kit to install it with a bit of help from a friend or two. In comparison, due to the fragile nature of glass, a glass neon sign usually requires a specialist to install.
Maintenance:
While our LED neon signs require no maintenance at all, glass neon signs need to be regularly checked by a specialist to ensure they run safely and smoothly.

My dimmer remote does not seem to work. What should I do?
If you are having trouble connecting your dimmer remote, please check for the following:
1. All cords and plugs are connected properly
2. The dimmer box is connected to the sign and power supply
3. Brand new, 2 AAA batteries are in the remote
4. Check if the red infrared light appears when you press any button

Safety guidelines
While our neon signs are 100% safe to use, there are a few pointers to note:
- Please ensure that there is no damage to the cord before plugging in the sign
- If there is a damage to the cord/neon, please contact us and our team will resolve your issue
- Use a powerboard with overload protection
- Do not hang the sign anywhere near a high heat source in a moist/wet condition
- Please turn the neon sign off before moving/adjusting your neon sign

How do I mount or hang my sign?
There are 2 simple ways to do this:
1. Mount it to a wall using the provided screw set
Each neon sign comes with a screw kit to easily mount your sign to a wall.
2. Use 3M Adhesive Picture Hanging Strips (to be purchased separately)
If you do not want to drill holes in your wall, you can use 3M Adhesive Picture Hanging Strips to mount your sign. These strips can be purchased from a variety of shops such as: Woolworths, Coles, Bunnings Warehouse, Officeworks, Kmart, Big W & Amazon.
Simply stick the strips to the backboard of your sign and press firmly against the wall until the sign stable and securely placed. If you want the sign to be more secure, simply add more strips.
To make the installation easier, we highly recommend having a friend or a family member to assist you during the installation process.

Your 2 Year Warranty
All of our products at Unrivaled Neon are covered by our 2 Year Quality Warranty. Depending on the issue with your neon sign, our team will either replace the neon sign/parts or partially/fully refund your purchase upon review.
The 2 year warranty covers any faults that may have been caused during the manufacturing and/or delivery process of our neon signs.

My neon sign arrived faulty
All of our neon signs must pass through very strict quality control processes and double checked for any potential faults, both during and after the manufacturing process. We also make sure that everything works perfectly before your neon sign is packed and shipped to you.

Our team is proud to offer our design service FREE of charge to our clients. Throughout the whole process, we will work closely with you, ensuring an easy and enjoyable process from the design phase, all the way to delivery.
What dimensions or how big can my Custom Neon sign be?
If you want your sign to fit within 1 acrylic board, we recommend your sign being less than 240cm by 120cm.
If your neon sign is larger than 240cm by 120cm, we can produce it across 2 or more acrylic backboards that will still be easily installed and displayed. This will minimise any potential damages during transit whilst optimising shipping costs for you.
