Very good neon shop! I was just hoping delivery would be faster but a 2-3 week wait is okay since it is a custom made neon. I understand. Customer service is very helpful and very responsive. All my queries were answered from the start and would not hesitate to buy another for my future events.
We ordered the laughing emoji sign and it came quite quickly. I love how it's handmade. Product came with all the cords and accessories needed to hang. Neon sign came within a couple weeks and service was great! The neon shines fairly bright and comes with a dimmer that allows you to change the brightness. The aftercare provided by the team was great, they checked up on me to ensure everything was all good! Super happy with the service and couldn't have asked for anything better!

This is my second time purchasing a neon sign from Unrivaled and the process has been very smooth. Unrivaled team put a lot of care and work into my neon as it was a quite tricky design. The delivery process took longer than expected due to some minor delays, but I still received it within the time frame stated. The neon sign is easy to hang up and lights up great! It also comes with a free remote which is quite good quality considering that it's free. We absolutely love our neon sign and we can't wait to order our third with Unrivaled once again!
We just received our neon sign and working with Unrivaled has been great! We were originally going to go with a well known custom maker but they raised costs significantly which I found quite unreasonable. In comparison, Unrivaled listens to my budget needs and does their best to come close to it. They aren't pushy and really do put their customers needs first before their own.
