Aligned with Australian Consumer Law, Unrivaled Neon is committed to resolving any product-related issues on an individual basis. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a refund, partial refund, repair, or replacement for damaged and/or faulty products exclusively.

Unrivaled Neon Faulty Item Procedure

Upon receipt of your product, kindly reach out to us at support@unrivaledneon.com, providing a detailed description of the faulty items along with relevant photos and videos demonstrating the issue for our team's assessment. Our team will promptly respond, outlining any necessary steps for resolution from your end.

Unrivaled Neon Damaged Item Procedure

If you suspect that your item sustained damage during transit, please contact us at support@unrivaledneon.com. Include a description of the damaged items and their packaging, along with pertinent photos and videos illustrating the damage for our team's review. We'll strive to promptly address your concerns and provide guidance on the next course of action.

Please be aware:

  • Unrivaled Neon bears no responsibility for damages resulting from installation, uninstallation, and/or hardwiring of your neon sign post-delivery by the courier.
  • Due to the bespoke nature of our neon signs, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind once payment has been processed and production initiated.
  • Should a return or repair be arranged, the product must be returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. In the event of a replacement, a new neon sign will be manufactured and dispatched to your address at the earliest convenience.
  • If a full or partial refund is agreed upon, we will provide an estimate regarding the timeframe for processing your refund.
